Dr. Om Foundation, inaugurated by Chief Minister Saroj Kumar Yadav, recently held a free health camp in Dhamaura, Mahottari. Led by founder Dr. Om Murti Anil, the camp provided cardiac health check-ups to 428 individuals, prioritizing the elderly and economically disadvantaged. Medications, including those for high blood pressure and diabetes, were given to over 400 patients. The event, coordinated with Balwa Municipality, saved individuals an average of Rs.5,000 in health expenses. Dr. Anil and his team of 40 local health workers also distributed health awareness materials and offered telemedicine services. The Foundation, active in social transformation, plans future projects for rural education and well-being. Dr. Anil contributes to these initiatives by selling his book, Jiwanta Sambandha.
